Kettlebell Mobility Drill - Prying Goblet Squat
This is a great drill to do before using kettlebells. It opens up the hips, ankles and preps the knees, gluten and quads for a safe and strong workout. Do 5 reps at beginning of workout (in combination with the other drills we have shown - and will show).
